Amateur Radio Repairs in Ohio

A good source for radio repair within driving distance from Coshocton is Mike Irvin of Communications Electronics Systems in Bucky Lake, Ohio. Several members of the club have had good success getting repairs done by a fine ham and repair technician. He is a factory authorized warranty service agent for Vertex/Standard, Kenwood, and other manufacturers.

His phone number is: 740-929-2500. Here is a link to his website: Comm. Electronics Systems If you need radio repair, give Mike a try. Mike also specializes in older equipment!

Severe Weather While Travelling

A good link has been suggested by Denise Chapman and her group of children at the Brenham Community Center in Texas that deals with avoiding severe weather while travelling. This LINK describes spotting dangerous weather while on the road. This is another good thing to keep in mind.
